Click Button to Update Java Plug-In

The Problem

Due to the litigation with Sun Microsystems, Microsoft has begun the gradual removal of the Microsoft Virtual Machine (its version of the Java Virtual Machine) from its web site and all service packs. Java Virtual Machine is the power behind our slideshows.

Some of our customers have reported that they cannot view our slideshows. They receive an error message that says,   "Internet Explorer 6.0 does not support Java runtime". This means that they need to update their Java Virtual Machine and the only place to get the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) is the Sun web site.

By updating the Java Virtual Machine, you will not only be able to view our slideshows but also many other applications on the Internet. If you have Java Virtual Machine on your computer it is called "Java Plug-in"  and  you can find it under Control Panel - Java Plug-in.

The Solution

To remedy the "runtime error", click on the Java Button at the top of the page and follow the instructions to receive your free Java update. If you do not find the Java Plug-in (Java Virtual Machine) update after clicking on the above button, there is an alternate solution below.
